The police department is rude and unprofessional. I don't live here and if I did I would move. I understand they deal with the public on a daily basis, but we are all not the same and shouldn't be treated as if we are. You would think in a time where police officers are looked at as the enemy and have a poor reputation they would try to humble the community and themselves with a little dignity. This department has a long way to grow and I hope for their community the do. It's unfortunate that they missed an opportunity to shine and they failed...shame because I always felt for police officers and the work they do. However after dealing with multiple officers and the rude clerk, it's made me think that the public opinion is spot on.
They have the worst customer service in Desplaines.
