1. I was told one day the toll tag rental was 9.99 a day, but my mom came the day before and she was told 10.99 a day.

I found the employees to be very polite efficient and quick to get me on my way. The bus driver was awesome. Why only 3 stars then? Sneaky pricey addons and I'm a seasoned traveler. I should have called to ask some questions. So even though I'm not crazy about the company, they'll still be okay in a pinch.

If i had anything negative to say it was that the shuttle took longer than normal picking me up and dropping me off. If they could add a couple more shuttles to the rotation that would help. Otherwise a great location!

4. I made the reservations in my friends name who was there with me at the counter. She wasn't driving, but I was listed as an extra driver. I kept trying to talk to the representative and she refused to talk to me because the reservation was not in my name. For some reason she thought I should tell my friend what I needed to say and she would tell her. Ma'am WE are the customers and I'm not a child. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We were not told that there was an additional $12 a day for additional drivers until I asked if there was a cost. They charge $200 on how card until you return the car then they refund it.

5. To top it off, I get outside and find minor damage to the rear bumper. I bring the paper back in to report it. She gives me the white carbon copy back and tell me to mark an "SD" on it meaning scratch and dent. She said, since I don't know what your talking about just mark it on here. She was with another customer, but she did not give any suggestions that she would walk outside and see what I was talking about. I immediately wanted to return their keys. Believe me, I will tell everyone I know to never frequent this location. Upper management should make some swift changes or even classes is customer service might help.

Great shuttle service to and from the airport. The car was fairly clean inside, it ran fine and the AC worked. At pick up the clerk sent me to the wrong spot, so I had to go back inside, then wait for a clerk to help me. Finally we got our car, only 2 large sets of keys were wired together, and the manager said they could not be separated. At return they would not give me a receipt, and said it would be emailed. When I saw the bill there were fees and charges that are not fully disclosed at rental. Beware of this! Because I did not have a price upfront would not use this company again. I do not appreciate hidden charges. The receipt is difficult to understand.

Awful experience!!! This place is not customer friendly and customer satisfaction at all!!! The online price is cheap, but once you get there they tack all the fees on. Other issues you can't even imagine.

Great experience. The staff was friendly and the location is easy to get to. There is even a gas station just down the street for quick fill ups before you return the car.

3. We asked for the hybrid upgrade and was told an extra $15 a day. Ma'am, I own a hybrid and I won't spend an extra $15 a day for this weekend in gas so it's no where near worth it. She tried to smooth it over by giving a free SUV upgrade, but you'd already insulted my intelligence with your pricing.

Also, i left my phone in the shuttle as i was leaving. A staff member quickly grabbed the phone and put it in safe keeping until i was able to come pick it up.

The people at Advantage are great--friendly and more helpful than most rental car agencies. The car was clean and worked well, though the lot has no lights so I was not able to check the body when I picked it up. The location is NOT on the ORD campus, which HOTWIRE did not tell me. It turned out to be very convenient to my hotel but they do not have 24-hr shuttles (I think they said they start at 5am--not sure when they stop) , so had I not been able to arrange a ride to return the car, I would have had to get a cab, which would have negated some of my savings from using HOTWIRE.
