Terrible experience! Do not go here, they will rip you off. The charge you so much and when you ask for a break down of costs the owner got nervous and started spitting out random numbers that don't even add up correctly. They are overpriced and they did not even fix the problem that they said was fixed, my service engine light came on again a few days after i visited them. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT GO HERE!
I would highly recommend to avoid this used car dealer at all costs -- unless you have thousands of dollars to spare. They embellish the quality of the cars in their lot, and are completely rude after you purchase. I called them to check on the title of my car, and the owner yelled at me, and said he explained this to my father already. My father was not involved with my purchase. I asked him to explain the complications on my car, and he (Jimmy) insisted it was no longer his problem. I purchased the car less than 30 days ago. With in the first 2 weeks of driving the car, there was a broken water pump, broken axle, and a broken muffler. They claimed they put brand new brakes on my car, but they squeak! THEY DID NOT AND DO NOT FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES FOR THE ILLINOIS FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. I do plan on seeking legal representation if this is not resolved appropriately. But, for all the people looking to purchase from here, I recommend to AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!!!
